Deposit Policy
Please note that all bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is necessary to reserve your slot and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
Important Booking Policy
We value your time and understand that plans can change. However, please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will require full payment. Additionally, only one reschedule will be permitted per booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure that each client receives their full session time, we kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. In case of late arrival, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
Community Guidelines
At Teresa's Massage, we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Please note that offensive or suggestive behaviour is strictly not tolerated. Engaging in such actions will result in an immediate ban from our platform and, where necessary, may be reported to the police.
